There is a minimum order of 5 tables.

For clubs wishing to do the installation and set up themselves the base price, which includes 5 Bridgemates, is £975.00 inc VAT and provides everything  a club requires (but see note 2 below). A Bridgemates Training Video is available to help you decide if you wish to do the installation and set up yourselves. See Download.

For clubs wishing to take the installation and personal training, the base price is £1,125.00 plus agreed expenses.

Each additional table costs £110.00 + VAT.

The base price includes:-

5 Bridgemates - batteries included.

the Bridgemate Server (the device that sends and receives information from the Bridgemates) - batteries included.

the power supply for the Bridgemate Server

A USB to serial converter cable (in case your PC does not have a spare serial port)

A communications cable (used once a year to update the firmware)

5 Tournament Director keys

the Bridgemate Pro Control Program

documentation on CD

delivery (either by secure parcel delivery service with on-line tracking normally in two days for the lower base price or hand-delivered for the higher base price)

installation and full training for your directors and scorers (only applies to the higher base price - see note 1)

email support (there is no time limit)

spare parts service (there is no time limit)

all firmware and Bridgemate Pro Control Program updates (there is no time limit)

all hardware is guaranteed for 12 months from delivery. Should there be a problem with a Bridgemate, it will be replaced or repaired by return mail.

In simple terms, it is £975.00 for the package plus £110.00 + VAT for each table.

note 1

This means we or an experienced club manager comes to your club to deliver, show you how to install (about 10 minutes) and then train your directors, scorers, club managers etc on how it all works. This will last between 2 and 3 hours and takes place before a session. The director that afternoon / evening then runs things under supervision.  After that you can phone and / or email with any queries.

note 2

Excluded in the price is a PC, printer and scrolling results monitor (optional). Some scorers charge for their Bridgemate-enabled version, some do not. Please contact the author of your scoring program to find out if there is a charge.

A second Bridgemate Server (including batteries, USB to serial converter and power supply) costs £200.00 + VAT.

note 4

Existing customers can order extra Bridgemates in ones or twos for £110.00 + VAT each plus packing and postage. (£5.00 for 1-3 and £10 for 4-6). TD-Keys with the fitted key ring are £30 inc VAT for a pack of 5 post and packing included.

How to order  

Step 1.

 

Most clubs simply email me as follows:-

 

“I represent so and so bridge club and we would like to order Bridgemates for 8 tables without the personal installation and training.”

 

Step 2.

 

We email back a pro-forma invoice which details everything the club will receive and gives ways to pay. Click here for an example.

 

Step 3.

 

Most clubs send a cheque and we prepare the order (we don’t wait for cheques to clear) which we send via DPD  (over 100 deliveries without one going wrong) . The club can trace the delivery online ( have a look at www.dpd.co.uk using consignment number 4002926559 as an example ). Clubs normally receive their Bridgemates the day after we receive payment.
